The Satori data security platform is designed to enable you to proactively implement security improvements through tracking and improving your status levels and risk score for your data stores.

THE ALERTS DETAiLS PANE

The alert details include the alert severity, name, timestamp, desciption and remediation. The alert remediation info pane provides you with alert specific details and guidance according to the specifc alert and alert type.

POSTURE MANAGER

Posture Manager analyses and track your organization’s database user permissions over time and provides you with a holistic overview of specific user access to your data assets.

ROLES HiERARCHY PER USER

View the users roles used to access a specific data store data asset. In addition, you also see the classification categories and duplicate permissions utilized by the user to access the same data asset.

ACCESS MANAGER

The Access Manager view is where you create, track and monitor your organization’s user and group access to data.

REPORTS

The reports view provides you with complete visibility for all data usage including sensitive data. Satori monitors every database query and result, providing a real time audit trail.

AUDiT LOG

The Audit Log allows you to obtain complete, uniform and searchable data access audits for all cloud data repositories with full user, access and data context.

DATA iNVENTORY

Satori’s Data Inventory dynamically creates an inventory of the organization’s data, featuring the built-in Satori classifications.

DATSETS

A dataset is a collection of data assets such as tables or schemas from one or more data stores, that you wish to govern access to as a single unit.

USER ACCESS

Permissions to access datasets are defined for individual users or groups and can be limited to a predefined time range. In addition, Satori can automatically revoke permissions if they are unused. This helps organizations avoid excess and unused permissions.

SECUiTY POLiCiES

The Satori Security Policy consolidates and centralizes rules for enforcing when users query data. A single security policy can include rules for various policy types, such as dynamic masking and row-level security, and can be reused by different datasets and user access rules.

POLiCY ENGiNE

The Satori security engine provides two mechanisms for protecting an organization’s data:

1. Dynamic Masking – The dynamic masking mechanism of the security policy is used to manipulate sensitive data before it’s returned to users based on the authorization context of the user, to make it less sensitive. 
2. Row-Level Security – The row-level security mechanism in a security policy restricts query results based on the user’s authorization context. 

DYNAMiC MASKiNG

Satori provides you with the ability to perform real-time masking of sensitive data.  Security policies contain dynamic masking rules, specifying which masking profile to apply based on user roles and conditions

DATA STORES

Securing data starts with an understanding on where data is stored. Satori connects to your cloud accounts and continuously monitors for new data stores that are not yet monitored or otherwise protected by Satori.

Click on each of the data stores’ names to see the individual data store summary. The summary includes important information about the data store, its status, risk score and alerts.
